The 10th of October will see the first cross county of this season for the BHAA it also marks the beginning of the winter individual league for all runners. The race itself is set in the magnificent grounds of Castleknock College.

The circuit goes around the main sports area at the back of the college and naturally takes in a hill or two!

The men will tackle a  4 mile while women will have to contend with  2 miles. Traditionally women’s cross country is normally shorter then the men’s race but many of the women competitors will no doubt run the longer course. There will be plenty of prizes for BHAA Team and Individual prizes

All facilities; registration, parking, changing facilities and refreshments will be available within college grounds.
