    Thanks for all the useful info Beth! I’ve checked out most of your marathon related videos, and found them all helpful. I have a question about the walk breaks. Is that going to help more mentally, or physically? Are their a lot of runners that take walk breaks? Thanks!

    ideally i’d say you want to run the whole thing with no walking.
