Kilmore AC have set-up a dedicated web-site for their flagship event the Kilmore 10K. The link ishttp://kilmoreathletics.com/10k/
This is the 3rd year of the event and the entries grew from 100 on the first year to 200 last year. On-line booking is available on the site where entry is 15 Euro or 20 on the day. This year they have introduced chip timing and all on-line entrants will receive a finishers tee-shirt. Entries this year are limited to 300. .

With so many commercial events in the running calendar  the club are aiming to build a country event that is run professionally and where the competitors are the most important part of the race. Any profits from the event go back in to the Athletics in the area. The race takes place on the 11th September.
