The sedan looks to be the production ready Civic car that features most of the styling cues of the Civic concept that Honda had showcased at the 2015 New York Auto Show recently.

The shape of the spied 2016 Honda Civic sedan has got the general shape of the prototypes of the car. The sloping roofline and a rounded nose are the attractive features of this year’s Honda Civic car. The fenders of the car flare outwards and there is a highly visible character line running all through the door handles on the front and the rear to connect with the fenders on the front and the rear.

The front fascia of the 2016 Honda Civic has narrow headlights that are covered by a thin chrome trim, node like the Accura with chrome grille and angular cutouts at the lower fascia. The rear side is where there has been a lot of work done on the Civic car to give it a dramatic look. The car has boomerang shaped taillights that are surrounded by a trunk lid with a delicate lip spoiler.
