Ballina Fit 4 Life, in conjunction with Mayo Sports Partnership, are holding a Chi Running Workshop, presented by Catherina McKiernan.
It will take place on Saturday, January 23rd, with a choice of a morning or afternoon session (three-hour duration).

Frost, snow and slippery roads did not deter over 170people who took part in the 2009 Ballina GOAL Mile at the Ballina Athletic Club track in Belleek on Christmas morning.
