The new limited versions of both WRX STI and BRZ were announced by Subaru during the summer. The two editions are Hyper Blue editions and now you get to know the amount that you will have to pay to get one of these in your garage. Yes, Subaru has revealed the prices of these two limited editions and they are all set to be sold in America this fall.
The HyperBlue edition BRZ is priced at $28,485. The limited edition of WRX STI will cost you $39,790. Both the prices of the car are inclusive of the destination and the delivery charges. These prices are not a bad offer for limited edition vehicles with loads of features. The BRZ in limited guise is about a few dollars more than what you will have to pay for the Series – HyperBlue version. The standard WRX STI in limited version will cost you just over $40,000 and the HyperBlue limited edition comes under $40,000.
If you have a little bit of money more to shell out on the 305 HP WRX STI, then you will get the Hyper Blue stitching on steering wheel, floor mats, seats and shift boot. The cars are offered with 18 inch BBS black wheels that will perfectly compliment the Hyper Blue color of the car. The WRX STI car is fitted with 9 speaker Harmon audio system. It also comes with keyless entry and push button start options.
The WRX STI car is powered by a 2.5 liter turbocharged, intercooled boxer engine that is coupled to a reinforced 6 speed manual transmission system. The other features you get are: Brembo brake system with ABS, all wheel drive, active torque vectoring and Multi-Mode Vehicle Dynamics Control.
The HyperBlue BRZ is powered by a 2.0 liter boxer engine and this car carries a sports car design. The car offers a power of 200 HP and has a low vehicle weight and is very easy on the steering. The 2.0 liter Boxer engine is coupled with the six speed manual transmission to offer greater engine performance and driving speed.
The exterior of the BRZ is offered with black finish certified and 17 inch black alloy wheels. The car also features a brand new rear view mirror without any frame. The car features hyper blue stitching on the seats, leather wrapped parking handle, shift boot and floor mat. You will find the SUBARU STARLINK 6.2” Multimedia System with a 6.2 inch touch screen display on the dashboard.
